Privacy Policy

75 Strong · Effective February 19, 2026

        Privacy-first design. 75 Strong stores all your challenge data, progress photos, and notes locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal information. The only data that leaves your device goes to OpenAI when you use AI features — and only when you explicitly trigger them.
    

1. Information We Collect

75 Strong collects only what is necessary to provide its features. Here is a breakdown:

Physique Progression Scan: Two progress photos you select for comparison.

These features are entirely opt-in. No data is sent to OpenAI unless you explicitly tap an AI feature button.

Apple Health (read-only, optional) On-Device

Step count, heart rate, and active energy burned — displayed in your Analytics dashboard.

Health data is read directly from HealthKit and is never sent off your device by us.

Subscription status Apple

Whether you have an active 75 Strong Pro subscription is verified through Apple's StoreKit. We do not process payment information directly.

2. How We Use Your Information

To display your daily progress, analytics, and history within the App.
To power AI features when you choose to use them.
To send daily reminder notifications, if you enable them.
To verify your subscription status via Apple's StoreKit.

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics platforms, or any purpose beyond operating the App.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

The only third party that receives your data is OpenAI, and only when you actively use an AI feature. OpenAI's use of your data is governed by their Privacy Policy. OpenAI does not use data submitted through the API to train their models by default.

Subscription transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We never see or store your payment information.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Because your data lives on your device, you are always in control:

Delete the App — all locally stored data is permanently removed from your device.
Reset the Challenge — use the reset option in the App to wipe all challenge records and photos.

We have no server-side copy of your data to delete on your behalf.

5. Children's Privacy

75 Strong is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

6. Security

Your data is stored in your device's local storage and protected by iOS's built-in security mechanisms (device encryption, sandboxing). Your OpenAI API key is stored in the iOS Keychain. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Notifications

If you enable daily reminders, the App will schedule local notifications on your device. Notification settings are stored locally and can be disabled at any time in the App's Settings or in your iPhone's notification settings.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
